Orders and inquiries
All orders are confirmed only after our team verifies availability and shares final pricing. For bulk and corporate orders, lead times will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the shipping address provided.
Warranty
All clocks carry a 1-year warranty on the movement against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, battery leakage or normal wear and tear.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused products in original packaging. Custom and branded clocks are non-returnable.
