Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and accessories.
Damaged or defective items
If your clock arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Non-returnable items
Customised, personalised and bulk/corporate-branded clocks are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
